Credit Card Payments      

Instructions:

1. Please Click on Pay Now Button

2. Enter the amount of charge before tax, (ie 165.00), tax amount will calculate automatically

3. Click on Update Totals

5. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account, if you don't have an account please click on Continue (bottom left corner of screen.

4. Enter your credit card information

5. Click on Review Order and Continue

6. Click on Pay Now once all has been reviewed

You will receive payment confirmation email based on email address you provided.
